Career data is sensitive. We built like it.

Your work log can mention employers, projects, and salaries. Your journal can hold things you've told no one. Treating this like ad-tech data would be disqualifying. So we don't.

Never trained on. Never sold. Never shown ads.

Your data is used to serve you— generating your documents — and for nothing else. No model training, no data sales, no advertising, no “anonymized insights” sold sideways.

AI that can't lie about you.

Our generation rules require every claim to trace to your own entries — invented numbers are detected and rejected before you ever see them. This isn't a promise; it's an enforcement layer.

A journal even we can't read.

Turn on journal encryption and entries are encrypted on your device with a passphrase only you know. We store ciphertext. If you lose the passphrase and recovery code, the journal is unrecoverable — a real lock, honestly described.

Community is walled off.

Nothing you post in Community ever enters any AI context. Your career record and your public posts never mix.

Your data, portable.

Export everything you own in one click. Delete your account and your data is erased from live systems immediately and irreversibly — no grace period, no “deactivated” limbo. Backup copies age out within their 30-day retention window. Export first if you want a copy.

Abandoned accounts, handled honestly.

If an account sees zero logins for 24 months, we email four times over three months — with one-click keep and full export links — before deleting it. Keeping dead personal data forever is its own privacy failure. Paying subscribers are never touched by this.

The boring-but-important list:

encryption in transit and at rest · tenant isolation on every query · payments via Razorpay (we never see card numbers) · security headers, rate limiting, audit logging · hosted on Microsoft Azure. Full security details →

dark and light modes, keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, and WCAG-conscious contrast are build requirements, not afterthoughts. Found a gap? Tell us and we'll fix it.
